Leadership is the action of leading a group of people or an organization and obviously with her appearance and skills, she has the ability to do that, leading our capital markets in order to make it stable and systematic.
She is one and only women in Asia who holds the portfolio as a Central bank’s governor and she also one of the very few women in the world appointed to highly regarded position. This is an outstanding achievement of her as a leader of financial industry. As an addition, Global Finance magazine, named her as one of the world’s best Central Bank Governor of the Year and that makes her become the most powerful women in the finance industry.
Next, she was one of the key figures that were involved in the decision to introduction capital controls and the currency floating. Last but not least, she as a hero and has returned the country into competitiveness faster than any other countries in the region after Malaysia had a crisis on 1997.
A skill of leadership has made me and Malaysian feel very proud by having her as our governor. One day I wish I could be like her
